  Phosflow is a revolutionary new product here in Australia, developed in collaboration with the US EPA and USDA to remove excess phosphorous from water.

  In waterbodies, dissolved nutrients like phosphorous can cause quality issues with the water. This can be a result of fertiliser runoff or similar contamination. If you have a waterbody like this, Phosflow helps to restore the natural balance of your water by removing excess phosphorous, resulting in a healthier and improved waterbody.

  Phosflow is the only phosphorus-removing product that works in flowing water.

   

  Flexible Application

  Phosflow is designed to be easy and straightforward to use. Simply place it in running water or the inflow to your waterbody and let it do all the work for you.

  Phosflow is made up of unique phosphate-capturing beads enclosed in a water-permeable pouch. This ingenious design maximises the amount of water flowing through it for efficient phosphorus removal.
  These special beads are biodegradable and eco-friendly; as an added bonus, use them on your garden beds or compost as a slow-release fertiliser.

   

  How Much Phosphorus is Too Much?

  To maintain a healthy waterbody, the phosphorus concentration of the water must be below 0.05mg/L (ppm).

  Don’t let high phosphorus levels take over. Use Phosflow to restore the natural balance of your water. Phosflow removes up to 0.2mg/L of phosphorus from water, a staggering 4 times more than the maximum tolerated level of phosphorous in water.

   

  Suited For:

  • Flowing water in farms, construction sites, stormwater management, etc. where high phosphorous is an issue
  • Dams or water bodies where other phosphorous-reducing cannot be used

• How To Use

  Where and How to Use Phosflow for Optimal Results:

  Dams and Ponds: Ideal for Ponds, Lakes, Dams, Water Impoundments, Wastewater Lagoons, Irrigation Dams, Stock-Watering Dams, Aquaculture Systems, Fish Farms, or Potable Water Dams, where a build-up of Phosphorous is causing water quality issues.

  • Use a 1.8kg pouch to treat 450,000L of water, or a 3kg pouch to treat 750,000L of water.
  • Position near the inflow of the water body. Alternatively, if no inflows are present, place in the centre of the waterbody.
  • Ideally, use multiple Phosflow pouches for full coverage of the waterbody.
  • Remove and replace pouch after 2 months. Do not leave longer than 2 months.

   

  Flowing Water: Ideal for Drains, Ditches, Culverts, Irrigation Channels, or Stormwater Pits, where an inflow of phosphorous is causing water quality issues.

  • Use a 1.8kg pouch to treat up to 450,000L of running water, or a 3kg pouch to treat up to 750,000L of running water.
  • Position such that the Phosflow pouch is making direct contact with the flowing water
  • Place multiple pouches in succession for faster flowing water
  • Remove and replace pouch after 2 months. Do not leave longer than 2 months.

   

  For best results, replace Phosflow frequently and use multiple pouches strategically to maximise contact with the water.
